Bride Cart always carefully handles all the processes to deliver our products. But if you get any wrong products or purchases, or any faulty products, we will try our best to get it fixed. We will always welcome returning your products or refunding your balance by contacting us.
We have a 21-day return policy from the delivery time, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your item must be in the same condition (New) that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once you get an email that the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
